Shipping and Handling Policy

All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges unless otherwise stated.

Dog Beds Galore is proud of the fast and efficient service of our collaborators. All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS), FED EX GROUND or UPS to the physical address provided by the customer.

P.O. Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery of our products.

Most orders are shipped within 3-9 working days. (This may vary during the peak season September-January). Please note that, where specified, some orders take longer. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays observed by Dog Beds Galore. Also, please allow a few extra days for actual delivery by the carrier at your doorstep.

The shipping department will determine which method is fastest to your area. If an item is out of stock, no longer available or will be delayed beyond 3 to 9 business days, we will alert you via email.

Some orders will be processed and shipped within the next business day (subject to availability). We cannot, however, be responsible for delays once the merchandise is in the custody of a common carrier or the U.S. Postal Service.

We ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. International shipping is also available for some items.

Alaska and Hawaii orders will attract a surcharge of $25.

Canadian Deliveries:
Additional shipping charges apply. These charges vary depending on the item purchased and the final destination in Canada. All charges are shown at checkout.

For Canadian customers only, delivery charges inlcude duties and taxes. For all other international orders, import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping and Delivery - International

International Orders:
Payment may be made by credit card in U.S. Funds.

International Deliveries:
Shipping charges on international orders are as follows:
  • additional $50 for orders under $100
  • additional $65 on orders up to $200
  • additional $75 on orders up to $300
  • additional $80 on orders over $300

This does not include any import duties which are the buyer's responsibility.
Please allow 14-21 days for international orders to arrive.

Your order is very important to us. Please note, however, that we verify all credit card billing addresses before orders are shipped, and your order may be delayed if you enter an incorrect billing address when placing your order. Dog Beds Galore makes all reasonable effort to contact customers via email and/or telephone should any delays occur in processing an order.

Return Policy

No shipping charges are refundable.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and made within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. Returns without prior RMA number will not be accepted.

Merchandise Conditions: All items must be unused, and in the same condition as received, and must have all tags attached. Pacakges returned incomplete or damaged will not be able to be processed.

Damaged by Shipping: If an item is damaged by shipping, we will gladly replace it provided you send us the information from the carrier documenting the damage. Simply send back the damaged merchandise along with the documentation from the carrier and we will resend the merchandise at no extra charge as quickly as possible.

Reshipping, Cancelled Orders and Refused Orders: All refused/ returned orders will result in a 25% inspection & restocking charge, plus shipping cost incurred.

Return Procedures:

  • Include the original Invoice or the Packing slip
  • Include the RMA#; it must be visible on the shipping box. Please do not write on the merchandise packing
  • Wrap the item(s) securely in either our shipping container or a similar container and tape closed
  • For your protection, we recommend that you get a receipt from the shipper/mailer and insure your package for the amount of the value.

Returns should be sent to: (we will advise you via email along with the RMA#)

Merchandise returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or packing slip and RMA number; they must be received within 7 days after you received the merchandise. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in non-processing of the return.
